Roo - A Short Sweet Life - to the Rainbow Bridge 7-19-11

Rescue work can be so heart-breaking but when you have a successful rescue and then lose the dog to an awful accident; it is particularly tough.

Roo - who was a Corgi-Heeler mix born to Maddie didn't even get listed on the Corgi Connection website or petfinder because there were so many wanting her.
Unfortunately Roo's life was not meant to be and she crossed over to the Rainbow Bridge after being hit by a car.
This is the first loss for one of Corgi Connection's adoptees and I feel like I've lost one of my own.
