Puppies Nov. 2024

APPLICATIONS ARE CLOSED

Time to let the cat... errr... puppies out of the bag!

Yes, we have puppies. Six corgi pups and their momma were surrendered to CCK at the age of about 4 weeks. We were told they were born Oct. 30.
Three boys, 2 of which have been spoken for and not pictured, and 3 girls have been thriving and growing over the past several weeks.
They will be ready the earliest for their new homes the weekend of Jan. 4 at age 9 weeks. They will have age appropriate vaccinations but will need to be taken to a veterinarian almost immediately for boosters.
Momma, Cisco, is currently in a foster home and awaiting to get spayed once her milk is all gone.

We WILL not adopt these pups to homes with young children and preference will be given to those who are home more often than not. These babies have been given a lot of human attention and interaction while in foster care.
Here's the lo-down on each pup that is available:
Alice--Alice can be so, so sweet!  She LOVES to be with her people, and is the most likely to speak up if she thinks she's due more cuddles.  Alice is smart, great with her littermates and the big dogs, and will make a wonderful companion; gentle kids would be fine.

Erin--Erin is the adventurer of the group!  She is a problem solver, finding her way into new spaces and adventures.  Erin is going to want a family that GOES--she'll want to hike, go for walks, and be with her people.  She's great with the big dogs and her littermates, and should be terrific with kids.

Cosmo--Cosmo is the smallest boy, but he doesn't back down with the other pups.  He can be a bit timid with new people, but quickly warms up.  Cosmo's happy to be outside and to cuddle in equal parts.  Cosmo loves to play with the other dogs, and would be good with older kids.

Wanda--Wanda may be the smallest of the litter, but she has a BIG personality.  She is happy to be held and cuddled, and she also loves to tackle her big brothers. All of the pups are sweet and affectionate, but Wanda might be the most lovey of the bunch.  She'll be a wonderful lifelong friend, and would do best with gentle kids.

All of the puppies need families who are ready to be with them--either working from home or retired. They don't have the personality to spend their days alone.

Please DO NOT e-mail me and tell me you are interested. Simply submit an application for consideration. Their adoption fee is $300 with an additional $100 deposit to be returned upon proof of spay/neuter - NO exceptions.
