Otto
Otto tipped the scale at 18 pounds when last weighed and is ready for his furr-ever home. He could still stand to gain a few more pounds as he lost muscle tone from whatever he endured in his past. He came to us in pretty rough shape as a stray from Oklahoma weighing 15 pounds and was filthy with long nails. We guess his age around 7.
We are still working on house training but he keeps his kennel clean. He needs a calm, patient owner who will give him the necessary time to learn to trust. He is timid when first meeting people
Ottos seems fine with most any dogs; don't know about cats. We do not recommend him to a home with young children however because he is frightened by a lot of activity.
He enjoys walks and frapping around; not crazy about being held but loves to have his chest scratched gently. Otto had to have 15 teeth extracted and is healing well. He will be able to eat like a normal dog but for now is still getting canned food. He is neutered; current on vaccinations; microchipped and on heartworm and flea/tick preventative.
