Harley and Chloe

ADOPTED!

This adorable pair is Harley (left) and Chloe (right) and they are brother and sister. They were surrendered to Corgi Connection of Kansas due to an owner's health issues.

They were born March 20, 2014 so they are still puppies but they are well-mannered. They are create-trained; house-trained and know basic commands. They do need some work on walking on a leash as they tend to pull and cross back behind whoever is walking them. But they do love to go on walks!

Chloe is more outgoing of the pair and seems to go with the flow a bit more easily. She can be a bit bossy over Harley; especially if she thinks he's too close to her food dish or a toy; just a slight growl but nothing more. Harley can be a bit of a "momma's boy" but once he feels secure he's a typical corgi. They could probably use a little more exposure to various environments, people and situations to help them gain some confidence. Their previous owners worked all day and the pair were kept in separate kennels. They were let out in the evenings and then put back in their crates for night. They should probably given freedom on a slow schedule as they do like to chew and tear up toys. Both of them also love to cuddle turning even the worst of days into something happy!

Harley and Chloe are both "fixed;" current on vaccinations; have been on heart-worm preventative; flea/tick prevention and are micro-chipped. They are a very bonded pair and for that reason CCK would prefer they be adopted together. Their adoption fee for the pair is $450. At this time we will give priority consideration to those applicants that are wishing to adopt them together.
